I’d like to know if it’s possible to restrict a specific group of users from viewing certain contacts based on filters. Does the platform support this feature?
For instance, if my product supports multiple companies and I have several users named “xyz” in different companies, when I open a ticket associated with Company 123 and proceed to send an email, I want the contact suggestions to only include users associated with Company 123’s domain, and not users from other companies associated with ours.
Is this achievable within the platform?
