We are looking to integrate Cookiebot into our Freshdesk setup. Currently, we have Cookiebot implemented on our main website, and we aim to have a shared consent mechanism on our support page hosted on Freshdesk.
We have managed to integrate the Cookiebot script into Freshdesk. However, we are encountering an issue where various external scripts from Freshdesk are being blocked. Ideally, these scripts should be identified and explicitly allowed using the “data-cookieconsent” attribute, as detailed in this guide. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these external scripts.
Has anyone here faced a similar challenge or have experience with integrating Cookiebot into Freshdesk? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
