As an MSP with multi-tenant fresh service setup and integrations to multiple M365 tenants, Freddy the virtual agent cannot operate under a Multi-Tenant setup with integration to MS Teams.
We can only integrate Freddy, Virtual Agent with only a single teams channel / tenant. It would be beneficial for MSPs like us to enable the functionality to all the clients / sub tenants.
Do we know if this feature is in the pipeline and if it can be prioritized.
Your feature request is undoubtedly valid. Given this is a developer community, we only influence to take inputs about APIs, SDKs, & CLI, or any related development elements that Freshworks provides to its users. It helps us vet the feedback. It helps us to maintain focus.
