Freshworks Developer Summit 2022 (Bangalore): Wrap-up

Freshworks Developer Community Program organized two developer summits this year; the first edition was in the AWS office in Bangalore.

About Summit:

Freshworks’ first-ever developer summit was attended by Freshworks developers, independent developers, SI/ISV developers, customers, partners, and prospects. The full-day event was custom designed for both new and experienced developers to access dev tracks, keynotes, expert showcases, hands-on labs, and workshops. The sessions were planned to provide developers with essential and advanced knowledge of building enterprise-grade applications using the Freshworks developer platform. After an overwhelming response from the Bangalore event, we ran the second edition of the Summit in the San Francisco region.

Summit Highlights:

Around 120+ developers from diverse backgrounds and experience with multiple tech stacks attended the Summit in person at the location. The developers from our customer and partner community also attended the event and contributed by delivering sessions.

15+ partners and 30+ customers appeared at the Summit
The participants built more than 20 apps on our developer platform
Received a rating of 4.5 out of 5 for the event content
NPS score of 61 for the overall event experience

Keynote by Freshworks CEO, Girish Mathrubootham

Outline: Consumers today are looking for Unified, Seamless and Personalised experiences and we believe while Tech could be the enabler, its the Developers who would be the key to delivering such experiences. We understand developers face a myriad of challenges, whether be around resources or infrastructure, that limit them from being at their best.
