429 ERROR code - Freshdesk custom app

Hi Team,
I am receiving 429 has a status code in one of our custom app. Could you please share me the limitations details?

Is it possible to increase the API rate limit in the future?

429 errors occur when any of the platform features are breaching the defined rate limits for this app.

You can use Dev-Assist - https://dev-assist.freshworks.com/a/catalog/request-items/44 to raise a request with details about the app, features, and also why and how much rate limit increase is needed and it would be provisioned on a case-by-case basis.
