I see that in our Agent profiles, that there is an area marked “Apps” in freshservice, to me this would indicate that an application could be installed and accessible for one agent but not another. However, this functionality does not exist.
I believe this functionality would greatly increase the use of applications from the marketplace. Not every agent needs access to all possible applications installed in a freshservice instance.
Anyone agree?
