Account activation needed

We have submitted our application to FreshService a few days ago. It was in the evaluation stage till last Friday. However, the account was terminated today for no reason. I’ve included the URLs for the developer and FreshService accounts below.

For the app development, a trial account is provided with a limited trial, and we extend it after the expiration of the trial and account suspension.

Please request a trial extension on our dev-assist.freshworks.com portal.

This account trial expiration will not affect the published apps or the app submitted by you. But access to the same account is required to access the same apps, publish updates, and watch out for progress.
