Thank you for a great product. I’m really happy to use it. I need to add tag to tickets according to automation. But currently I’m not able to do that. Here are my requirements:
1- I’m adding “ceuser” tag to contact with REST API. It’s already working perfectly.
2- I need to add “ceuser” tag to tickets if contact has it.
I think that I can add tag on ticket creation in automation. But I couldn’t find “requester tag” option in there. I think it should be there. It’s also meaningful for the freshdesk product. Also I guess “requester tag” option is more important than “Twitter follower count” or “Verified by twitter”
