Dear Freshdesk Support Team,

I’m currently facing a critical issue with my Freshdesk account that is blocking our development process.

We are in the process of building a marketplace app for Freshdesk, and as part of our internal testing, we deployed the app as a custom app. However, the app is not appearing under the “Custom Apps” section in our Freshdesk account.

Every time I navigate to the Custom Apps section, I receive the following error message:

An unexpected error occurred. If this issue persists, please contact support.

Additionally, I’ve checked the browser console and found related error logs. I’ve attached relevant screenshots for your reference.

To resolve this, I contacted Freshdesk support, but unfortunately, there has been no response so far, which is further impacting our progress and timelines. This is a paid app, and we are working under tight deadlines to get it listed on the Freshworks Marketplace as soon as possible.

Please prioritize this issue urgently.
