Analytics - Calculations for First Response and Resolved Time

I need a way to output Time to Resolve in just straight hours and not include the w, d,h, m? ex 26:33(26 hours 23 minutes) I had this in Jira Service Desk.

For example, There are some tickets I need to pull out manually and recalculate in Excel and the addition of the week, day letters prevents me from recalculating the average.
