Any way to get the rating provided by the customer via customer survey form

Hello Team,

I need to know if we can get the rating provided by the customer via customer survey form.

Ex :

In above screenshot, if I select “awesome”, can we get the backend rating using an API?

The ask is for Freshservice.

Please let me know if there is an API to get a customer survey rating in Freshservice.

Thanks for clarifying. At the moment, we do not have a satisfaction rating endpoint for Freshservice. I have moved this topic to Feedback category for now.
