Currently if I want to find all tickets with a Requested Item I have to pull all the tickets, loop through them, and do a second API call to get the Requested Items of each ticket. It would be much more efficient if I could call the filter tickets and include a requested item in the query. Is this something that could be added?
This would be brilliant - much needed feature. We’ve got a workaround using analytics to give the overall ticket numbers but it’s not live data and doesn’t help you to work through the open requests
