App screen stuck while cancelling it

Hi,

In app gallery when I go to settings and change my tab of my custom app & cancel the app so the screen stuck with loader on app until I hard refresh the page or click on back button which is rendering on app.

Can you please give us more info to debug further, Are there any console errors while opening the settings page/ navigating the tab?

Hi @Santhosh

Well, i just mentioned the URL of video that how and on what condition the screen stuck

1- When i just open the settings and cancel it , thats works fine
2- When i open settings and shift my tab to another and then cancel it , that screen stuck.

The bug is fixed from the Platform side,
I would request you to verify the same.
