App Still in Review – Looking for Help or Update

Hi Freshworks team and community,

I submitted my app on May 27, 2025, and it’s still under review with no updates or communication from the review team. I’m unsure if there’s a delay or if any action is required from my side.

Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to follow up or escalate this issue.

I believe the app is not yet submitted in the portal for the review process. Can you please check and share screenshots if available?
