App Stuck in "Publish in Progress" – Unable to Upload or Cancel

My app is stuck in “Publish in Progress” and I’m unable to cancel, delete, or complete the publish.

I have tried:

  • Hard refresh
  • Cancel button (not available)
  • Creating new apps (also get stuck)
  • CLI upload using fdk pack and fdk publish

Even a fresh app fails to publish and gets stuck in the same state.
The browser DevTools shows a 404 error when accessing the app URL.

Please assist in:

  • Resetting or deleting the stuck app(s)
  • Resolving the publish failure
