I have an app for Freshchat that I also want to work with Freshdesk Omni. Its built on FDK3.0 but its not clear how you configure the manifest to make it available for install in both Freshchat and Freshdesk.

I have made some progress on this. What I actually want to do is create reply to other channels on a ticket in Omni via the API. I can see how this is done with Email, Web Chat and Mobile Chat SDK channels but how is this done with other channels ie. WhatsApp?
I am now assuming that to make an App available for both Freshchat and Freshdesk I just need to add the modules in the manifest and the appropriate code, so my original question is not relevant now.
