Guys, recently I’ve made some customizations to my customer, one customization was on the ticket details page, and the another one was on the Approval List Page.
What is the situation here?
Because of how the Freshservice Portal works I had to use the DOM content observer, and also the function to wait the load of the page to run my script.
In the ticket details page is working as expected based on some conditions, but in the Approval page isn’t working, and I don’t know how to proceed.
Anyone already faced something similar, anyone has any ideia on how to proceed?
