I have a use case where I want the Closed tickets to be Read Only. The best option it cames to my mind is to archive them.
Is there any way to Archive them via API? It is also any way to restore them from Archived?

Unfortunately, there is no option to archive a ticket via API for now only possibilities are
meanwhile, I will check with the product team about this and get back to you.
