Are change events available for ticket summary in Freshdesk?

I’m currently working a custom app where a history of updates to the ticket summary need to be captured.
However, i do not see any change events for ticket summary and also cant see the change of summary available as a ticket update event.

Is there an event to identify such changes to summary?

Hi @Arivazhagan_Raja , unfortunately as of now Freshdesk does not have any API endpoint nor any change event from which you can get the history of updates to the Ticket Summary.
