One of our clients has reported an issue in the Feshservice asset details; that is, the checkout date is mismatched in the asset overview screen and the activity screen.
Actually, we are syncing the checkout date from the customer’s database to Feshservice with the help of middleware integration. The checkout date field in the Freshservice portal is a text field only, and we are updating the field value in the MM-DD-YYYY format. But in the asset’s activity screen, the date is totally different. We have checked all our logs in the middleware. There is no difference in the date; the only issue is with the activity screen. We don’t know why the checkout date is different on the activity screen.
