Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.
I’m reaching out to you regarding the following issue: I currently have a custom app in Freshsales Suite, for which the RPM has been increased. However, I need to reschedule a scheduled event, but I’m unable to do so because I can’t remember its name to delete or reprogram it (it is a recurring scheduled event).
I understand that I could uninstall the app to remove it, but I believe doing so would cause me to lose the RPM increase, which is essential for me.
Could you please help me with this? I would really appreciate it.
