Assistance required with publishing our custom app

We’ve been trying to publish a custom app to Freshsales marketplace for months now. When we’d uploaded the first version, we’d received 2 tickets/tasks from the app review team -

We’d successfully implemented the recommendations of the app review team and uploaded the new version of the app again. The App now says that its in published state (refer the screenshot below), however, neither is the app searchable on the app store nor are we getting any response on the above tickets

Question -

  • Can someone guide us with some documentation on the steps required to be followed to get the App finally listed.
  • Can someone help us with some direction as to what are we missing to get this done.
  • Feedback or additional changes that need to be done within our app if there’s anything still left > once and for all, so that we can be done with the to & fro.
  • Current status of the application and what steps are left to be taken from our side.

Once you submit, you will receive updates about the app over email communication but if you want to know the status of the app review, you can request a ticket -
