Audio File in Ticket Notes with audio tag

I have an audio URL to be added to notes. I see we can use HTML tags in body parameters in Notes API (api/v2/tickets/ticketId/notes). Is there any way to use audio (like this https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_audio_src) tag in notes API?

Currently, we do not support the audio tag with external src. We will forward your request to the product team and get back you when we have an update.

Also, you can try using attachments for adding audio notes.
