We’re trying to create a workflow that would behave like this:
- User opens the New Hire - Manager Form service request form.
- Selects a Profile from the Profile drop-down.
- Hardware, software, and licenses fields auto-populate with default items.
- User can add/remove items as needed before submitting.
I found a java script example in Copilot and can modify to match the profile names and optional item fields but don’t know how to incorporate it into the Automation of the ticket. Any tips would be appreciated.
