Hi All! The requirement is that once an ‘Asset Name’ is selected in the Incident form field [Live Form], the related fields of the asset like ‘Asset Type’ and ‘Asset Category’ should automatically populated in the subsequent fields. I know we can do this via workflow and custom object after ticket submission. But, we are looking to auto-populate in live form. Is there any custom app we can leverage for auto-population to pull data from custom objects or directly from Asset Module?
