Hi,
I’m adding the mobile Freshdesk app in our Intune environment for iOS and Android for our Freshdesk agents.
When opening the application, the first thing to do is manually inserting the Helpdesk URL (ours is https://gcloudbelgium-support.freshdesk.com/ )
I want to automate this process , as is it possible in Intune to push a configuration key (XML) with a string parameter , example in print screen below.
Unfortunately, it is not working ; I suppose the configuration key is not accepted.
Can you help me to get this working , so we can automatically add our Helpdesk URL for our end users ?
