Automatically expand widget sidebar at ticket details page

Hi,

Is it possible to automatically expand widget sidebar at ticket details page?

Example: I would like to automatically expand the TIME LOGS or TO-DO sidebars.

My current app location is ticket_background but I can change it if necessary.
