In the automation, one should be able to change all the ticket related fields, like requester (contact) of the ticket, First Response Due, Resolution Due, etc.
Also, one can add max two filters to an automation, it would be best if it was more as in conditions, events or so.
Sending an email to a third party would also be a good functionality. For specific tickets, we need to inform some third parties and doing all by forwarding one by one is a waste of time.
