Basic Freshdesk reporting

Hi all,

I am pulling together a report for my company, on the most part it’s straight forward and I can do everything I need to.

However, I am trying to get one figure, the average daily tickets created, which I can customise manually depending on if I am looking at per week/month.

I have spoken to customer support and they say that this is impossible to do within reporting.

Surely, this cannot be true as it is such a simple task which can be done easily on a spreadsheet.

Is anyone able to help me pull out this number within the reporting functionality without having to manually input the numbers into a spreadsheet?
