We want our users to click on a ticket link, be redirected to the SSO if required, and then redirect them back to the ticket page. All that without seeing the Freshdesk “Login to the support portal” page.
Is it possible?

It is possible to integrate third-party authentication with SSO. Read more about it in the solution articles.

Did you ever find a solution for this?
We have successfully enabled SSO on our FD portal. However, we cannot find a way to hide the FD login screen. We also need to redirect from the FD login page to our company’s log in page. Is there any option?
