Can I create Tasks (to-do items) on a Ticket programmatically?

I am trying to create tasks on a ticket. I see the To-Do widget above my app in the sidebar, and I can manually create tasks on the ticket that is viewable in the dashboard. I would like to be able to use the sdk and/or api to be able to automate some task creations.

These are to-do items not in an installed app, but in the vanilla Freshdesk installation.

I am able to access the ticket data, but I don’t seem to be able to view what to-do items are connected to the ticket, and I can’t find any information about how to connect to these to-do items.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

The Checklists app for Freshworks allows you to automate the creation of checklists when a ticket is created or updated.

You might want to consider this.
