I’m trying to get the information about the merged ticket in Freshdesk. After go through the API Documentation #ticket_association, I’m not sure if the result can include information about whether a ticket is being merged or not.
The documentation states that it can show parent-child and linked ticket relation.
I have tried this API on a merged ticket and it returns “404 Not Found” but works on a parent-child relation ticket.
My question would be can the ticket association API actually show merged ticket relation? I want to make sure it’s not any configuration error or misreading of the documentation.
