Can we add a 3 rd party widget in the help center?

Hi

I have a 3rd party widget and i want to render that widget either in dashboard or help center (i do have script).

Is this behaviour possible ?

I don’t know of any possibilities to put it into the dashboard.
Could you explain, what you mean with “help center”. The Freshdesk UI as such or maybe the single ticket view (ticket details page)?
Or something else?

Thank you for the clarification - I think it depends on the plan you are subscribed to - But essentially it should be possible to show your widget by customizing portal code (under xyz.freshdesk.com/a/admin/portals)

I tried adding the script in the header tag under pages but not sure when published the script changes aren’t visibile

I am using the free trail account
