Chatbot customization

I want to add a button in chatbot support homepage in freshservice,
is there any way to customize the chatbot button?

Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be possible to modify the buttons shown on the top level. It is pre-configured as part of the product. However, you can make individual service items bot-ready. Refer Get Conversational with Chatbots in Your Self-Service Portal : Freshservice
