Conversation ID via webhook

Hi there. I am using a webhook to trigger pushing certain new public notes on tickets into another system. As part of this, I need to ultimately go and grab any attachments associated with the note, so I am looking to include the conversation/note id in the webhook content, but I can’t figure out how to include it. Thanks in advance for your help.
