Conversation sidebar widget is not rerendering automatically while shifting other conversations

Hi Team,

I have built an custom application in conversation sidebar,

The application will fetch details based on the conversation id, the issue is when i change from one conversation to another conversation the widget is not getting rerendered automatically with respect to the conversation.

Kindly share the solution to resolve this issue.

We will probably need more information to help you here. Let me start with a few questions.

  1. Can you let us know precisely which placeholder your app is using?
  2. Does your app subscribe to the appropriate App Lifecycle Methods? In this case, app.activated()?
  3. What does it do when it receives this event? Do you see any errors?
