Create custom ticket screen in Freshservice

I am creating custom ticket screen, where I have taken the fields which is mandatory for creating a ticket as the API documentation Service Desk API for Developers | Freshservice .
My query is regarding “Company” and “Contact” fields, where I am not cleared what data should be populated in those fields.
Anyone could you please suggest the api’s to populate data into those fields.

Hello @akash.pagare, you must be using MSP mode of Freshservice. Company refers to “Department” and Contact refers to “Requester”. Hope that helps. One thing you can do is create a ticket as a test and do a GET request to see what is indicated in the payload. Hope that helps!
