Custom and Marketplace Applications were not showing for Support Agent role

Hi Team,

I am testing a custom application in the freshchat trial instance.

I have installed the application and as an Administrator, I am able to use the application.

But when I tried by logging in as a Support Agent(Default role provided by fresh chat) I am not able to see the custom application in the right side section, by customizing the panel I am able to see this, please refer to the attached SS.
