We just wanted to confirm how the Freshservice SDK should get data from the API itself.
E.g., Let’s say our custom app should get the list of all changes in the system through
/api/v2/changes
The Custom App SDK does not seem to be able to access data outside the current ticket or change according to Data Methods (freshservice.com). In other words, from within the custom app, should we then perform a GET request to the API endpoint with API Key authentication? This seems weird as the custom app itself is already identified and secure.
