Custom app can not be published

My custom app, has been stuck in the “Publish in progress” status for an unusually long period of time, and I am unsure how to proceed to resolve this.

The details of my app are as follows:
App ID: 82741
Uploaded on Sun, 4 Aug 2024, 04:40 PM (GMT+7)

I alreary created a ticket on https://support.freshdesk.com, but they asked me to “raise the issue directly with our developers” by posting on this forum.

We had an intermittent issue at the backend, We have moved the app to draft state, you can re-publish the app to proceed further, apologize for the inconvenience caused
