Custom app draft issue in freshdesk

Hi Support Team,

I am trying to publish a custom app in our Freshdesk portal, but it is not getting published. I have tried multiple times, but the app status remains in “Draft”. I also tried adding a new app, but that one also shows the status as “Draft” and is not publishing.

Could you please confirm the version of the FDK you’re currently using? We recommend updating to the latest version if you haven’t already.

We’re encountering the following error:
Request template 'createIssue' /schema/path must start with '/': in configs/request.json.
This issue is likely causing the app to remain in “Draft” status.

After updating the FDK, please run fdk validate to help identify and resolve any configuration issues. This should unblock you and allow the app to be published successfully.
