Custom App Installation issue in Freshdesk

Hi Team,

We are unable to install the custom app, which we are able to successfully install or test locally. After deploying, when we click on the install button, it shows an error as “There was an error during installation if this issue persists, please contact support”.

Hi @Suman_Chinnaraju ,

Have you implemented an App install callback function? If so, please verify its performance in the production environment to ensure there are no failures.
