Custom app not showing on installed apps

Hi

I created a custom application and I published it from (https://developers.freshworks.com/developer/apps/58263-freshdesk_devops_integration) to

(https://bassupport.freshdesk.com)
but the application is not showing up on installed apps

The custom app won’t be listed in the installed apps, please look into the custom app section to install the app.

Seems like your account trial is expired and you choose the free plan.

Freshdesk will block the custom app feature if you are not in paid/trial plan

Kindly create a ticket in dev assist to increase the trial pan.
