Custom App npm package validation

Good day all.

I am writing a Custom App for our internal process however I am faced with the current issues.

Upon validation, I have come across these errors.
Using the below requires I get the errors when trying to validate using the Freshdesk CLI

The above package "firebase " is installed and added to the dependency list in the Manifest.json file.

When trying to use the plain Firebase require I am faced with the following error
