Custom application integration works on trial account but not working on a production environment

i upload a custom applications on a Freshdesk account.
While it function as expected on the trial account, we are experiencing issues on the live (production) account.

Here’s the concerns:
The custom application is designed to activate a click-to-call feature via API.
However, instead of routing the click-to-call action through the custom app’s API,
the system triggers the Freshdesk Caller functionality.

how do i get the click to call work from the custom application?
