Custom apps not visible in the manage app section

we uploaded an custom app in the developer portal but unable to see the custom apps section in the account

really not sure why this is

Have you checked the plan you are on? Custom apps are available for the Pro plan only.

we have Growth plan , does that mean we can’t see the custom apps ?
