Custom Backend Help Widget

Hi all,

I was curious if the Help Widget can make API calls to external KBs to display third-party data. Or is it restricted to the Freshdesk KB?

We may not have experts here familiar with the finer details of product configuration within Freshdesk.

From what I can tell based on this article (which you may have already referred to), the solutions displayed in the widget are only sourced from Freshdesk itself. There appears to be no mention of connecting to an external KB.

If this isn’t helpful, may I request you try posing this question in the Freshworks Product Users community here?
