We have a B2C app availabile for employees working in various business parks. We are integration Freshservice and Freshdesk seperately via APi with our B2C app to raise Support ticket. How we can achieve the following?
- We need a multiselect custom field at Subcategory level to define 7 roles values, and the value(s) of that field can be pulled to our system via API along with Category and Subcategory. There role values we will map with our user roles in the app.
- We need another custom field/Flag at Category Level where the field/Flag value will be shared via API to our system.
