Custom Iparams fdk app is undefined

Hi there! Couple months ago (last time I checked) my app worked correctly, not the app but custom config and today I was trying to add some features to config and I faced an issue, custom config page stopped loading and says that app is undefined

"TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'initialized')")

Seems like the issue comes from this form file

I’m getting 403 error, because of the broken endpoint here
