I have deployed the freshdesk app in marketplace it is showing the I want to make sure that it is available globally we can access it and also run it without fdk run.Please let me know how is it possible?

Once the app is published on Marketplace (public app) it will be available for installation under the marketplace gallery. You can navigate to the Marketplace section within the product and install the app. Once installed with the necessary details, it will be available for use. You need not manually run the app using the fdk run.
